Baghlan governor’s meeting with journalists and officials of media supporting institutions in Baghlan

Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Haqqani, the governor of Baghlan province, met with journalists and officials of media supporting institutions in Baghlan yesterday, Monday.
In this meeting, which was attended by Mawlawi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, the head of information and culture, the spokespersons of Baghlan government departments and Mehrabuddin Ebrahimi, the representative of AIJU in this province, there was a detailed discussion on the opportunities and challenges facing journalists and the media.
Mawlawi Abdul Rahman Haqqani, the governor of Baghlan emphasized on preserving journalistic values and the effective activity of the media and emphasized on the easy and quick access of journalists to information for the spokespersons and officials of the government departments of this province.
Also, Mawlawi Asadullah Mustafa Hashemi, the head of information and culture of Baghlan, also emphasized the improvement of the working capacity of media workers and journalists by launching training programs through the Ministry of Information and Culture and organizations supporting journalists.
At the same time, the officials of the media also talked about reducing the price of electricity and permits, and the local officials of Baghlan promised to cooperate in this matter.
