The periodic meeting of the Media Complaints and Violations Commission was convened under the chairmanship of Mr. Mohajer Farahi, Deputy Minister of Publications at the Ministry of Information and Culture. During the meeting, commission members engaged in discussions and exchanged views on a range of topics.
At the outset, the Deputy Minister of Publications provided an overview of the outcomes and decisions from previous sessions.
Following this, the commission members, in turn, presented their investigative reports related to the tasks assigned to them.
As the meeting continued, the commission reviewed the complaints and issues submitted. Based on a request from Jahan Television, a special committee was established to address the matter. Additionally, the commission deliberated on the future operations of Rah-e-Farda Television following the issuance of a court ruling.
