The regular meeting of the Commission for Reviewing Media Complaints and Violations was held this afternoon, chaired by Mr. Mohajer Farahi, Deputy Minister of Publications at the Ministry of Information and Culture and Chairman of the Commission.
At the outset, Mr. Farahi provided a comprehensive analysis of the overall media landscape in the country. He also reviewed the previous meetings, decisions, and actions taken by the Commission. He emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts between media institutions and relevant authorities to effectively address complaints and violations.
During the session, a number of issues were reviewed, including the case related to Dehrawat Ghag Radio in Uruzgan province, which was referred to a dedicated committee for further investigation and resolution. Other cases and issues that had been submitted to the Commission were also discussed by the members.
Commission members shared their views and suggestions on various matters. At the conclusion of the meeting, the necessary decisions were made to address and follow up on the issues raised.
