A training program was held for media officials and journalists in Bamyan.
Bamyan – Afghanistan
This training program, which was organized by Afghan Independent Journalists Union, was attended by 15 media officials and journalists from Bamyan. In this program, the ethical standards of journalism, verification, data analysis, safety issues and first aid were taught by expert trainers.
Hujatullah Mujadidi, the head of AIJU, stated that the purpose of holding this training program is to raise the professional capacity of journalists. They said that the AIJU, in addition to suing for the economic problems of the media and journalists, provides journalists with access to information in the area of capacity building. Professional journalists and media officials will launch a training program for media officials in different zones of the country.
